This project was a partnership between Deloitte and SCADpro, SCAD’s collaborative innovation studio, that focused on improving user experience of the DMV with an emphasis on digitization of services.
Brief: Research and develop concepts to reimagine the experience and interactions of the .gov site.
Outcome: Multiple concepts created and explored with some solutions are potentially under development.
Contribution: I spent most of my time on this project creating presentation narratives and slides, designing UI screens, and conducting UX research.
